Delivery Methods:
Domestic (USA) Shipping Methods:
We only ship orders M-F. We do not ship
on weekends. Any order order placed on Saturday or
Sunday will ship the following business day.
International Shipping Methods:
We do not ship internationally right

Refund and Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with
what you have received from us, you can return your purchase
for a full refund (except shipping charges), as long as
your return is 30 days or less from the date shipped. You
must follow these instructions to return something:

without a valid RMA number.

Requests for RMA numbers must be made
within 30 days of the shipping date.

Do not return anything WITHOUT receiving
an RMA number.

Any products returned without proper RMA#
will be assessed a 20% fee.

RMA numbers are good for 10 days from
the date of issue.

Shipping is prepaid by customer, on all
returns

Please allow two weeks for credit.

Due to our relationship with our manufacturers,
if part of a product becomes defective, you have to return
the whole thing to receive credit or a replacement.

For replacements, once the returns department
has received your defective product, price-savers.com will
immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock
availability) to the same address as the original order.

Please return your item (defective or
otherwise) in the same manufacturer packaging it came
in. Include all packing material, manuals, software, and
registration cards. Your ORDER NUMBER MUST be written
on the outside of the shipping carton.

Remember to include the packing slip from
your original order. If you don't have it, just give us
your order number.

Please do not write on the manufacturer's
box. Instead, please write your RMA number either on your
packing list, or, if your item came packaged in a plain
brown box or paper, simply write it on the outside of
that packaging.
